IBMF patients using fludarabine based reduced intensity conditioning regimen. Conclusion: Stem cell transplants using fludarabine based conditioning regimens are well tolerated and have good outcomes in the matched sibling setting. The outcome of haploidentical transplants however remained dismal in our group in comparison to other similar studies.
