Risk-based treatment assignment is utilized in children withALL to have a favourable outcome and minimize toxicity both short term aswell as long term. Our centre assumes MRD as an important tool for riskstratification and a sensitive predictor of the outcome in childhood ALLtreatment, which may help to generate better risk-adapted treatmentstrategies.Aims & Objectives: To estimate and compare the event free survival (EFS)and the overall survival(OS) rates in childhood ALL treated by BFM ALL 9Oprotocol Vs. UKALL 2003 protocol.To evaluate the impact of MRD detectionon treatment out-come by risk stratification and treatment planning.
