Lifelong Learning - Problems and Ways of Decision

摘要

Some aspects of implementing life-long education are viewed. Basical elements of andragogy as a science are described as: using foreign experience, its adaptation to nowadays Ukraine; using our own historical experience. Analyses of modernization high education helps author to make objective summary about need of implementing LLL in order of adult education, and to form conditions of scientifically organized and theoretically explained system of adult education.
