Non-dose dense chemotherapy provides equivalent out- comes to dose-dense protocols,while reducing cumulative drug exposures and toxic deaths in the developing world where interval compression could potentially increase toxicity. These improved outcomes may be partly due to the broader application of post operative radiotherapy. Delay in local therapy and residual disease post definitive radiotherapy portends poor outcomes and needs addressal.
