Tuberculosis and malignancy represent global threatsclaiming millions of lives and inflicting formidable suffering worldwide.India is the country with the highest burden of TB. Diagnosis of TB inyoungchildren is challenging, as they are more likely to present with extra-pulmonary TB and the paucibacillary nature of childhood TB. Extra pul-monary TB occurs in approximately 20-30% of all cases in children 1 Reviewof literature showed a total of 79 case reports of orbital TB and amongstwhich only 1 was in the pediatric age group. 2Herein we describe 6 cases of Tuberculosis initially diagnosed as aneoplastic disease.
