Changes in Level of Lipid Peroxidation and Antioxydant System Enzymes Activity on Annual Cycle of Conditional Training

摘要

Influence of the health trainings is studied on intensity of processes of lipid peroxidation and state of the system of antioxidant defence of organism on the different stages of training. Outcomes of examinations on a pioneering stage of agings and a stage of high functionalities are introduced. The results of researches rotined that the health trainings on the system offered by us positively influenced on the processes of lipid peroxidation and balance of the antioxidant system.
