TheSuzakudataforthehighlyvariablemagnetar1Ea€‰1547.0a?’5408,obtainedduringthe2009Januaryactivity,werereanalyzed.The2.07a€‰spulsation,detectedinthe15a€“40a€‰keVHXDdata,wasfoundtoexhibitphasemodulation,whichcanbemodeledbyasinusoidwithaperiodof$$36.0^{+4.5}_{-2.5}:$$ksandanamplitudeof0.52?±0.14a€‰s.Whiletheeffectisalsoseeninthe10a€“14a€‰keVXISdata,themodulationamplitudedecreasedtowardslowerenergies,becomingconsistentwith0below4a€‰keV.Afterthecaseof4Ua€‰0142+61,thismakesthesecondexampleofthiskindofbehaviordetectedfrommagnetars.Theeffectcanbeinterpretedasamanifestationoftorque-freeprecessionofthismagnetar,whichissuggestedtobeprolatelydeformedunderthepresenceofastrongtoroidalfieldof??a??1016a€‰G.
