At studying of references on a problem of application of means of physical rehabilitation at exudative a pleurisy it is noticed, that the medical physical training, medical massage and physiotherapy is expedient for prescription in an initial stage of development pleural adhesion, that considerably raises efficiency of complex treatment of the given category of patients, promotes reduction invalidism, normalization of a functional condition cardiorespiratory systems and to increase in physical working capacity of patients.
