Thepresentedanalysisandformulationsaregeneralforanyperfectconductorcylinder(PEC,PMC,orPEMC)withgeneralisotropicmaterialcoatings.nbsp;Afterthat,theCoandCross-polarizedscatteringcoefficientsarenumericallycomputedandusedtocalculatetheradarcrosssection(RCS).Theinfluenceofplasmaparametersi.e.,plasmadensity(n)andeffectivecollisionfrequency(v)onRCSisanalyzedandreportedthatradarcrosssectioncanbecontrolledbychoosingtheappropriateplasmaparameters.Itisalsoconcludedthatplasmacoatingcanbeusedfortargetprotection.Thecomparisonsofthecomputedresultsofthepresentedformulationswiththepublishedresultsofsomespecialcasesconfirmtheaccuracyofthepresentedanalysis.
