Inthispaper,aglobalmodelingapproachwasproposedformultisensorfusionproblems.Oncetheglobalmodelwasinvestigatedconsideringthedataassociationandfusion,itisadaptedtotracktotrackcorrelationproblembyanewapproach.Thekeydevelopmentoftheapproachisthatadecentralizedfilteringalgorithmisusedfordatafusionandstateestimationproblemsinamulti-targettrackingsystem.Theuseofaglobalmappingmatrixforthetracktotrackcorrelationiskeyelementofourtechnique.Viathepresentedmathematicalmodels,thesensorfusionandtracktotrackcorrelationproblemscanbesolvedinaglobalway.
