3Dholographicrefractivegratingswerecreatedbycombinedinterferometric-maskmethodinphotorefractiveFe-dopedlithiumniobate(LN:Fe)crystalrevealinghighphotorefractiveproperties.Therecordingoftheholographicgratingswereperformedby532nmcwlaserbeamilluminationofthecrystalthrough2-foldrotationalsymmetrymaskusingcounter-propagatingbeamgeometry.Thegratingsformedhave~30mmperiodinradialandazimuthaldirectionsand266nminaxialdirection.Thegratingsweretestedbydiffractionofredlaser633nmGaussianbeamonthegrating.Thedirectobservationofthegratingswasperformedbyphasemicroscope.Createdrefractivegratingsarepromisingformanyapplicationsincludingguidingandtrappingsystems,highcapacityinformationstorageetc.
