The urban effect on the cloud-to-ground lightning activity in the Bucharest area, Romania

摘要

The presence of well preserved volcanic structures in the East Carpathians is anopportunity to test if anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility can be used to identify the flow directions.Our results show that the direction of the maximum susceptibility is in agreement with the expecteddirection from the eruption center.
