摘要

In the present study, we have investigated the dielectric, AC and DC resistivity properties of [Ba(Nd_(0.1)Ti_(0.8)Nb_(0.1)) O_3]_((1−y))[Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3]y ceramics with y = 0.60, 0.65 and 0.70. These ceramic materials were prepared through a solid-state double sintering route. It is shown in this paper, the other possible way to estimate the activation energy and relaxation times using modified Lorentz equations as proposed by us instead of well-known Arrhenius, modified Arrhenius and Vogel-Fulcher laws.
