O objetivo deste artigo é registrar o diálogo sobre o avan?o do envolvimento das organiza??es públicas e privadas em a??es de Responsabilidade Social (RS) e a inser??o de uma Institui??o de Ensino Superior, localizada no Estado do Rio de Janeiro, que contribui para a forma??o de futuros profissionais com foco na RS. Apresenta-se o marco legal de incentivos às empresas no Brasil com vistas à cria??o e participa??o em projetos sociais; elencam-se os critérios estabelecidos na Norma ABNT NBR 16001:2012 Responsabilidade Social - Sistema de Gest?o; observa-se a importancia das Institui??es de Ensino Superior na forma??o de recursos humanos para que atendam ao movimento de RS nas empresas e, finalmente, aborda-se o caso da UEZO Junior Consultoria. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ORGANIZATIONAL: ADDING VALUE TO THE PRODUCTION PROCESS ENGINEER TRAINING - THE WEST ZONE STATE UNIVERSITY CASE (UEZO JUNIOR CONSULTING) ABSTRACT?The purpose of this article is to record the dialogue on advancing the involvement of public and private organizations in Social Responsibility actions (RS) and the inclusion of an institution of higher education located in the State of Rio de Janeiro, which contributes to the formation of future professionals focusing on RS. It presents the legal framework of incentives to businesses in Brazil with a view to creating and participating in social projects; elencam the criteria established in ABNT NBR 16001: 2012 Social Responsibility - Management System; We note the importance of higher education institutions in the training of human resources to meet the SR movement in companies and finally we discuss the case of UEZO Junior Consulting.
