The present study is based on a statistical method that uses a series of statistical and spatial similarity coefficients that allow mapping methods in combination with the degree of similarity for electoral behavior. Elections that have been taken into analysis are the 1996 and 2000 presidential, the study being done on the candidate Ion Iliescu and the results obtained by him in four rounds.
