Study the role of land use planning in the development of higher education

Land use planning is a national program. Iran in terms of geographical, climatic, soil and water borders and vast mountains has a variety of conditions. Land use strategies based on the priorities, roles and capabilities of each of the areas specified suitable activities for each area. Land use planning for higher education is a subset of Land use planning. It is clear that the different provinces in terms of resources, particularly in the field of higher education, there is inequality and the gap between them is quite evident. In t he Iran geographical literature during the past fifty years of h igher education Development based on the land use planning is often expressed in the form of scattered. Now, after five development programs after the Islamic Revolution that look had a part in the development, spatial planning and regional need for the de velopment of higher education is necessary.
