Theobjectiveofthisstudywastheimplementationofamodeltoreachaneffectivenbsp;organization,throughanefficientadministrationofresources,ownmanagement,thegenerationofanimalproteinnbsp;toenrichthefamilydiet,andthereinvestmentofprofits,tomakenbsp;theprigproductionkeptupbyindigenouswomenfromtheCommunityofChumbec,countyofSudzal,Yucatan,Mexico.Themodel,positivelyinfluencedonthethreegroupsofpartners,however,itisnecessarytoreinforceandstrengthenthestructureoftheBoardofDirectors,aswellasthepartnersownmanagement.Inrelationtotheresultsobtainedontechnical,productiveandeconomicalaspects,thesewerenothomogeneous,group1offeredthebestperformance,andinimportanceorder,werefollowedbynbsp;groups2and3respectively.nbsp;nbsp;
