Thisinvestigationwascarriedoutinacattlefarmerwiththepurposetoimplementanagroecologicalstrategyoftransformationinagrazingsystemdegradedinanarrangementsilvopastorilsystem.Wereevaluatedinthecommunityofplants,thebotanicalcompositionandtheofdrymatterreadinessperyear.InthesoilwasevaluatedthepH,organicmatter,humidityandsomebiologicalindividuals.Wereusedthemixedlinealmodel,varianceanalysisandstatisticianstoprocesstheinformation.Thechemicalcompositionofthefoodswasdeterminedandsomeproductiveandeconomicindicatorswereevaluatedinfourproductivecycles,withthegeneticgroups(Zebu,Zebucrossed,andcrossed5/8Holsteinx3/8Zebu,with74,80,90y90animals,respectively).Wasfoundtheproductionofbiomassincreasedin60%withregardtothefirstyear.Thepresenceofgrasseswasfavoredimproveduntilto44,2%,superiorin21%tothefirstyear.Alltheevaluatedsoilindicatorswereincreasedfavorablyinthetime.Thedailyhalfgain(GMD)oscillatedbetween0.648and0.769kg.animal-1andaneconomicallyviablesystemwasCubanpesos.Theagroecologicalstrategyoftransformationwithamodelofcoveringagroforestal,favoredthechangesinthecommunityofplants,impactedfavorablyintheindicatorsofthesoil,theproductionofmeatwasincreasedandasuperiorprofitabilitywasachievedto50%.
