TheobjectiveofthisstudywastoassessreproductiveandgrowthperformanceofDraagoatsandtoestimatethenon-geneticeffects.DatawerecollectedintheExperimentalStationofErrachidiaonatotalof148doeswithrepetitiveperformancesand667kids.Reproductivedatawereanalyzedusingamixedmodelandgrowthdatawereanalyzedusingafixedmodel.nbsp;Lengthofpregnancy(LP),littersizeatbirth(LSB),littersizeat90days(LS90)andlitterweightat90days(LW90)averaged147.5±2.60days,1.52±0.50kids,1.07±0.72kidsand9.81±6.92kg,respectively.Doeswithanagegreaterthan48monthshadthehighestLSBandLS90,whereasdoeskiddinginspringhadthehighestLSB.Birthweight(BW),weightat30(W30),weightat90days(W90),averagedailygainbetweenbirthand30days(ADG0-30),andbetween30and90days(ADG30-90)averaged2.26±0.42kg,5.17±0.99kg,9.29±1.97kg,95.8±29.0g/day,69.5±24.0g/day,respectively.AgeofdamsignificantlyaffectallweightsbutnotADG.Malesandsingle-bornkidshadthehighestweightsatallagesandthehighestgrowthrates.KidswhichwereborninspringorautumnhadthehighestBW,whereassummer-bornkidshadthehighestW90andADG30-90.Itwasconcludedthattheseenvironmentalfactorsshouldbetakenintoconsiderationintheselectionprogram.nbsp;
