1例严重腹部外伤术后并发胃瘫患者的消化液回输护理

：This paper summarize the nutrition support therapy for a patient with gastroplegia after severe abdominal trauma. Key points of nursing management included nutritional monitoring, care on reinfusion of digestive juice, improvement on tolerance of nutrition support, psychological care. The combination of enteral nutrient solution and reinfusion of digestive juice is effective for the continuous nutritional support and rehabilitation of patients after severe abdominal trauma.
