Phototoxicity of sporidesmin

摘要

Abstract Sporidesmin inhibited the germination and growth of seedlings of some plant species. Active transport of glycine-U-14C into excised roots of mustard was reduced by the toxin. Irradiation of sporidesmin with ultra-violet light greatly reduced the toxicity to seeds.
