脑卒中患者失禁相关性皮炎前瞻性系统护理干预研究

Abstract：Objective To investigate the prophylactic effect of prospective systemic nursing in patients with incontinence-associated dermatitis after stroke. Methods Thirty - two stroke patients with hospital admission from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing care. Another 32 stroke patients with hospital admission from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the observation group, giving prospective systematic care interventions. The incidence and severity of incontinence-related dermatitis, quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction scores of two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence of incontinence-associated dermatitis in observation group was lower than that in control group(6.25% vs. 28.13%, P0.05). The severity of incontinence-related dermatitis in observation group was lighter than that in control group(P0.05). The scores of each dimension of 36-item shot-form health status survey in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P0.05 or P0.01). The score of each dimension in assessment of nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P0.01). Conclusion Prospective system nursing is effective to reduce the incidence of incontinence-associated dermatitis and to improve the quality of life of patients after stroke.
