Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on radioactive dermatitis of patients with radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer. Methods A total of 94 nasopharyngeal cancer patients with radioactive dermatitis after radiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given routing nursing care and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing interventions. The injury scale of radioactive dermatitis and satisfaction degree to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results The rate of patients with II~IV grade of radioactive dermatitis injury was 65.96%(31/47)in the observation group and was 87.23%(41/47)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 87.23%(41/47)in the observation group and was 51.06%(24/47)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the injury scale of radioactive dermatitis in patients with radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer, and to improve the nursing satisfaction.
