Abstract：Objective To discuss the nursing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for senile patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 〓Totally 60 senile patients with lumber disc herniation were given comprehensive TCM nursing management including pain nursing, emotional nursing and diet care. The clinical effect of TCM nursing interventions was evaluated. Results 〓Out of 60 patients, 8 cases(13.30%)were cured, and TCM nursing interventions were markedly effective in 50 cases(83.33%)and ineffective in 2 cases(3.33%). Conclusion 〓It is effective to carry out comprehensive TCM nursing management for senile patients with lumbar disc herniation.
