摘要

:Objective To investigate the application value of industrial engineering theory in optimizing supply management of emergency surgical instruments. Methods 〓A industrial engineering process analysis method based on the ECRS principles(Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify)was adopted to optimize supply management of emergency surgical instruments. Results 〓Application of optimized supply management saved 1 710s in the total supply process, 30 s in processing time, 120 s in checking time, 18 meters in transport distance, 1 230 s in waiting time. Conclusion 〓application of industrial engineering theory is effective to optimize and reconstruct the original supply management of emergency surgical instruments. It can shorten the time in supply of surgical instruments and accelerate the equipment turnover.
