：Objective To analyze the application value of healthy education in the extended care of children with febrile seizures. Methods 〓Totally 68 children with febrile seizures were selected. Complete information archives were established on discharge, the planned follow-up visit was conducted, wechat group was established, and micro-video was photographed to guide the physical cooling and management of febrile seizures. Meanwhile, family-related healthy guidance was performed according to different cultural degrees and intelligence of parents. Results Among 68 children, there were 20 cases suffering from high fever again within 4 months after discharge, but only 5 cases(25.00%)suffered from febrile seizures. Conclusion 〓Complete and effective healthy education on the parents who have children with febrile seizures is conductive to establishing good nurse-patient relationship and reducing the reoccurrence of seizures.
