We correct a mistake: the necessary and sufficient condition for the absolute convergence of the integral in Eq. (7) and in Eq. (A.2) is1detA=∫D[η]e?η?Aηifλ(A+A?)>0,where λ(A+A?) are the eigenvalues of A+A?. The condition λ(A+A?)>0 is equivalent with the condition that the field of values F(A) is in the right half plane, see Appendix A. It implies the weaker condition Re(λ(A))>0 (see Appendix A) but the two conditions are only equivalent for normal matrices.
