The problems of normative regulation of the issues of expert examination of labour conditions are described. Expert examination of labour conditions at the present time is the main instrument of the state to establish and control working conditions, the quality of certification of workplaces on labour conditions and the correctness of providing compensation for heavy work and work in harmful conditions. The comparative analysis of existing and pending statutory acts on this issue.
