An exploitation of a gas-compressor plant with a turbine drive should include the possibility to estimate operatively a technical condition not only of a turbine engine of a gas-compressor plant as a whole but also a condition of basic components of the gas-compressor plant separately. It is required for revealing of malfunctions of separate components, for appointment of terms for washing a flowing path of an axial compressor, for creation of more flexible system of repair. The problem consists that thermo-gasodynamical diagnostics of separate engine components is impossible, as a rule, through direct calculation of their efficiency, because of insufficiency of regular measures of the gas-compressor plant. The method offered by the author is based on determination of relative changes of efficiency of separate engine components under indications of gas-compressor plant regular measures, taking into account deviations of parameters of their work from results of individual factory bench tests. The method is stated in a general view, for any type of the gas-compressor plant, and in more details for the gas-compressor plant – TS16 with the use of indications of the regular system of the gas-compressor plant automatic control, of indications of centrifugal supercharger gauges and of individual factory characteristics of engines.
