Petukhov. Gel-forming composition on sodium silicate base for water shutoff in complex structure fractured reservoir conditions.

摘要

The results of laboratory investigations of a new gel-forming composition on sodium silicate and chromium acetate base are presented. The possibility and ways of gelation time regulation are shown. Filtration tests has revealed that the composition has selective properties and is capable of fractured water inflow channels sealing.
