The article discussed the organization of the economic mechanism of risk management disposal wells for their operation, as a mechanism for increasing the economic efficiency of oil and gas company. Risk management at oil facilities is impossible without an adequate system of economic, financial, environmental analysis, the basis of which should become the economic mechanism, which is a system of risk management, disposal wells, taking into account the financial relations arising in the making: a targeted search, anticipation of risks, identification of their probable size and impact, the organization works to inform politicians of oil and gas companies to reduce the risk of disposal wells in the uncertain economic situation.
