Quality evaluation standard of new sizing aid ’NBL-70’ for glass fiber

This report is required to process the glass fiber base material for electronic substrate, characterize, performance and quality of the new product NBL-70J on focusing material of fluff prevention purposes. The performance of NBL-70J is improved by about 10 times compared to the conventional NBL-70 products. This report reveals the quality control method of performance evaluation method and product.
