摘要

Thestructural–parametric model, the decision of the wave equation, the parametricstructural schematic diagram, the transfer functions of the electroelasticactuator of the mechatronics system for the nanotechnology and the ecologyresearch are obtained. Effects of geometric and physical parameters of thepiezoactuator and the external load on its dynamic characteristics aredetermined. The parametric structural schematic diagram and the transferfunctions of the piezoactuator for the transverse, longitudinal, shiftpiezoelectric effects are obtained from the structural–parametric model of thepiezoactuator. For calculation of the mechatronics systems for thenanotechnology with the piezoactuator it’s the parametric structural schematicdiagram and the transfer functions are determined. The generalized parametricstructural schematic diagram of the electroelastic actuator is constructed.
