摘要

The wind-power tower is a flexible structure the charac-;ristics of 'high, large, long and thin'. The width and depth of the is much smaller than its height. The wind load is one of the lain design loads, which is divided into two, including static wind load and fluctuating wind load. The latter can cause structural ibration [1]. For the calculation of wind-induced vibration, the petik esponse of the structure considered as a linear structure is concerned nd the spectral analysis method is used to solve the problem [2-4]. ased on the analysis of wind load response, the response of the tmcture with dampers or without dampers is analyzed by the spec- analysis method.
