Gateway’s The Autism Project awarded $1.26M

JOHNSTON – Gateway Healthcare's The Autism Project was awarded a $1.26 million grant from the Health Resources and Service Administration, Gateway announced August 11. The grant will fund Project IDENTIFY, a program designed to improve Rhode Island's system of care integration for chil- dren and youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities (DD). The funding will help The Autism Project provide community resources, innovative telehealth technologies, and family navigation to improve knowledge of and access to ASD and DD diagnoses, services, and supports throughout Rhode Island.
