摘要

The Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) has seemed to fail when trying to work together withthe Performance Management Systems, e.g. the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Therefore, the aim of this article was toconsider the possibilities to combine an EPPM-BSC model at both the strategic and project level. The past studies showthat BSC, when integrated with EPPM, can be successfully cascaded from the strategic level on to the project level andthus enable managers in developing their own project scorecards. Still, further research is needed, especially in findinga suitable model for KPI selection.
