North American water equipment and services stocks closed out 2019 with a strong set of quarterly results, marking a positive end to a year that had earlier been plagued by tepid industrial growth and trade tensions. Evoqua delivered another consecutive set of robust quarterly results, putting the troubles and restructurings of 2018 firmly in the past.
