STUDIES ON SCHISTOSOMUS REFLEXUS IN INDIGENOUS CATTLE IN TROPICAL WEST BENGAL, INDIA

摘要

During study period of 9 years (January 2000 to December 2008) a total of 195 dystociacases were attended out of which schistosomus reflexus fetuses were extracted four in number. Detailnecropsy studies were made on all four monster fetuses for defiring the characteristic features ofschistosomus reflexus bovine fetal monstrosity as recorded in tropical West Bengal, India.
