This publication contains the part 4.2 of the journal version of the A. V. Kurtener archive. Parts 4.1, 5.1 and 5.2 are published in this issue of the journal. Parts 1, 2 and 3 have been published in the first issue of the volume 5. Part 4.2 contains documents that, directly or indirectly, descriptions events influenced on development of agrophysics from 1938 to 1940. In addition, this part of archive gives details of A. V. Kurtener's personal life.
