In recent years several studies have been carried out regarding the environmental impact during theproduction of energy, as a consequence there is increased concern about man's awareness that one mustmaintain the balance of Earth's natural resources. Wind power is an alternative with great potential, dueto its characteristic of not pollute, it has been seen as a renewable source thrives in relation to issues ofenergy security. In this scenario wind energy becomes an important source of energy for performing thepumping of water, especially in areas where conventional power does not allow the fulfillment of basicneeds of human beings. This work is intended to develop a tool capable of simulating wind pumping ofwater to be used in planning and evaluation studies of sites that may have potential use for this type ofenergy associated with sites that have water, but no electricity, an initiative in social, can offer toisolated communities that lack water for basic needs, such as human and animal watering, irrigation, among others..
