THE COMPARISON OF USER SATISFACTION IN DIFFERENT HOUSING PRODUCTIONS WAYS : THE CASE OF ELAZI?

entrToday construction of housing with different types of production is continuing in order to meet the growing need for housing. The user satisfaction of the houses produced by "cooperative, contractors and individual" is evaluated according to demographic characteristics of some users, physical environment and environment of the housing variables. A questionaire which is prepared for this purpose was applied on some neighborhoods which are located in new and concentrated settlements of Elazy?. According to research results, an important statistical relationship is found between user satisfaction and housing production. It is seen that the housings produced by "individual" gives much more satisfaction to users than the housings produced by "cooperatives and contractors". Therefore, the necessary performance criterions should be determined in the process of housing production.Günümüzde artan konut ihtiyacyny kar?ylamak amacyyla, farkly üretim bi?imlerine g?re konut yapymy hyzla devam etmektedir.
