Reasoned opinion of EFSA: Modification of the existing MRLs for methoxyfenozide in various fruits

According to Article 6 of the Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, the United Kingdom received anapplication from Dow AgroSciences to set an import tolerance for methoxyfenozide in pomegranatesand avocados at the level of 0.1 mg/kg. The Rapporteur Member State (RMS) United Kingdomdrafted an evaluation report according to Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 which wassubmitted to the European Commission and forwarded to EFSA on 23 June 2010.
