In the headquarters of Lower Silesian Pedagogical Library in Wroclaw on November 30, 2018 a X Conference of Corporation of Wroclawa??s Librarians took place. Presented speeches concerned problems connected to legal changes of the Higher Education Act a?? the reform of Polish higher education often referred to as a??Constitution for Sciencea?? or a??Legal Act 2.0a?? which forces the reorganisation of academic libraries.
