A New Method of Rural E-Business, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Development in India

In this research, to make available a practical new model of e-business for rural and small cites areas of India Our study is based on quantitative and qualitative methodologies. The qualitative methods included of open-ended interviews with officials and telecom operators. In this study, Rurale-business services are part of the IT application services at the Rural ICT Centre’s which supply services; Internet services, Post Services, Insurance and Internet Banking Services, Communication Services.
