Cutaneous lesions of lichen planus present as small, polygonal violaceous papules that are present most often on the flexor surfaces of the extremities. Lichen planus of the mucous membrane which affects buccal or gingival mucosa and the vulvar vestibule and vagina is called as Vulvovaginal gingival syndrome. Here we report a case of the Vulvovaginal gingival syndrome affecting a 50 year old patient.
