In this study, 5754 aluminum alloy sheets were joined at different welding speeds through the pulsedDC Robotic MIG welding method. The study includes microstructural and mechanical properties ofwelded joints. Tensile and three point bending tests were implemented in order to determine themechanical properties of welded joints. The characteristics of the macrostructure and microstructurewere examined via a stereo-microscope, an optical microscope. The hardness of the welded sampleswere measured on the cross section. As a result of the study conducted here, it was determined thatmechanical properties are improved as welding speed increases. The porosities observed in themacrostructure did not have a significant reducing effect on mechanical strength.
