摘要

A new thiazole functionalized fluorogenic ionophore M1 was synthesized and characterized withNMR and IR spectroscopy. Fluorescence responses toward various metal ions were explored on photo- fluorescence spectroscopy. The sensor M1 exhibited high selective and sensitive electrochemical and2+ fluorescence response to Ni in the existence of various competing metal ions with high value of4 -1 association constant 1.07 x 10 M . These spectral changes are enough for naked-eye detection. Theresults revealed that the sensor provides reversible fluorescence strategy with EDTA.
