In this study, the improvement of magnetic properties of non-oriented electrical sheet steel has beenachieved through the optimization of various processing parameters. The optimized grain size afterdecarburizing annealing is related to the lowest watt loss and highest magnetic permeability values. The percentage of cold rolling is examined with primary recrystallization annealing regimes that areproposed followed with different percentages of temper rolling and final two different decarburizingannealing regimes and their impact on magnetic properties results are evaluated. Micro structures, magnetic properties mechanical properties are measured and evaluated in relation to EN standard ofelectrical steel. The hysteresis curves for the final decarburized samples related to various temperrolling reduction is plotted and evaluated.
