摘要

The effect of heat treatment on the mechanical property and electrochemical corrosion behavior of X65pipeline steel in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution (pH=3.5) is investigated. The study is carried out using tensiletest, impact test, potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopyo measurements. The results show that the pipeline steel at tempering temperature 300 C has goodo mechanical property, but the pipeline steel at tempering temperature 650 C has good corrosionresistance performance. The mutual relationship of tempering temperature, microstructure, mechanicalproperty and electrochemical corrosion behavior are discussed.
