摘要

In this paper, a highly sensitive voltammetric method for determination of rutin is developed usingmulti-walled carbon nanotubes-aminate reduced graphene oxide (MWCNTs/ARGO) modifiedelectrode. The incorporated ARGO served as dispersing agent and conductive sheet, which couldeffectively prevented aggregation of MWCNTs. Compared with either MWCNTs or ARGO, thehybrid nanomaterials showed a strong synergistic effect between two materials and exhibited higheractivity for the electro-oxidation of rutin. MWCNTs/ARGO composite was characterized by scanningelectron microscope (SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Under the optimizedconditions, MWCNTs/ARGO modified electrode exhibited wide linear range from 0.01 to 112 Mwith the detection limit of 2 nM (S/N = 3). Moreover, the proposed method was successfully applied todetermine rutin in compound rutin tablets and satisfactory results were obtained.
